The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas stay. It was situated within walking distance of the city center, which made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the festivities. Another great feature was the ample and secure parking available on site. We didn't have to worry about finding a spot for our car, which was a huge relief. Additionally, the room amenities were impressive. We had a tea kettle and a refrigerator, which made it convenient for us to prepare and store snacks and drinks.
One thing that was a bit disappointing was the lack of holiday decorations in the hotel. Given that it was Christmas time, we were hoping for a festive atmosphere.

Awesome views from my cozy apartment. I felt like royalty having the whole place to myself. Plus, I had a blast watching TV on the huge flat-screen. So much fun!
Just loved hearing every little sound from my upstairs neighbors and the street below. Such a delightful auditory experience.

I had a delightful stay at a charming accommodation just a short walk from the center of Arezzo. Everything was clean and the owner was incredibly friendly. Plus, the price for the room was unbeatable. But the real highlight was the pizza and breakfast place right across the street, offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place for its great value and convenient location.
